I imagine you want an event that is so relevant and so engaging that people are talking about it long after it is over. An event that means something and matters. This is what I aim to accomplish every time I speak or design a workshop. Impact. Mindset shifts to possibility thinking. Building connection to each other, your mission, and the content.
We don’t willingly change because someone told us to. We willingly change when we see the value for us. I’m always thinking about increasing the value I bring to your people.
Disruption. Uncertainty. Challenges. Turbulence. There are lots of words to describe work and life right now but they all point in the same direction. What worked before doesn’t work now and we have to reinvent, think differently, act differently, look at the future differently. To do this, we need constant resilience to combat burnout, regulated nervous systems to bring our best ideas and creativity, and calm greater than fear. We need to Spark our ARC. My keynotes blend compelling storytelling, evidence-based actionable insights, and audience participation to address this foundational wiring.
