So So So many 'Ah ha' moments. The group collaborated, supported and Sarah allowed us space to learn and grow together. It was absolutely amazing!!!!

Sarah is an engaging speaker. She held our attention, facilitated the different exercises well and provided a safe space for an exchange of ideas. I especially liked the exercise where we placed our thoughts on sticky notes and then onto different areas of the room. We were all asked to walk around and read each sticky note, then broke into groups and categorized them. Sarah was a great instructor. Her stories let me connect with the material and brought a lot of positive energy to our meeting. Sarah was well organized and did a fantastic job leading the discussion.

“When I took leadership of a new division at the University it was easy to see that the staff was demoralized and grieving. They had been through a turbulent time that involved layoffs, changing leadership, and other disruptions. Understandably trust was low and it was difficult to begin moving forward especially when the future looked uncertain. Sarah designed and facilitated a two-day retreat that focused on building trust and resilience within the team. The results were astonishing.
