Complete the 24 hour workshop and you will receive the exclusive Daring Teams Rollout Program to share with your team.

Block out time in your schedule today for this interactive Dare to Lead™ workshop focused on how we can be brave leaders who create courageous cultures. Leaders who know how to lead with empathy and connection, hold themselves and others accountable, lean into hard conversations that are productive, take smart risks and innovate, regroup quickly after disappointments and setbacks, and, give and receive feedback - even when it is difficult.

Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program. Brené calls this a “skill-based playbook for leaders.” The most significant finding from her latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. These skill sets are:

Sarah has been facilitating Brené's research since 2012.

  • Rumbling with Vulnerability: Facing risk, uncertainty, and emotional exposure with courage and clarity.

  • Living into our Values: Identifying, operationalizing, and practicing the beliefs that we hold most important.

  • BRAVING Trust: Building or deepening connections with others and teams based on the seven elements of trust.

  • Learning to Rise: Learning and growing from the failures, setbacks, and disappointments that come when we live courageously.

Using large group discussion, individual reflection, and small group conversation we will learn with and from each other. Space is limited to ensure a collaborative learning environment.

Individuals who successfully complete the full Dare to Lead™ program are allowed to put the Dare to Lead™ Trained badge on their LinkedIn account and have access to the Daring Rollout Program which allows you to take the research back to your team.
