This is the first time I’ve heard anyone talk about how to move through shame and talk about it without judgment.

Working with Sarah is one of the best things I’ve done for my personal and professional life. The weight of my work stress has typically manifested in unhealthy relationships with those I love the most. Sarah has helped me define tangible actions I can take each day to live authentically both at work (in the middle of conflict) and at home when processing my day. I am so much happier and relaxed and this is reflected in the much healthier relationships I have with my wife and kids.

FAQ’s

What is a Daring Way™ group like?

Fun.  Growthful.  Like sitting on the cusp.  The Daring Way™ is an invitation to know yourself more deeply and where you want to live more fully.  This is done with the support of others in the group who are on the same journey.  You never are forced to share.  And you will learn skills and tools to help you daily continue to grow long after the group is done.

How many people are in a Daring Way™ group?

Except the Daring Love™ group for couples/partners, the groups are capped at 7 participants.

 How long is a group?

10 weekly sessions, 2 hours each

OR a weekend intensive of Friday evening, Saturday from 8:30 - 5:00 and Sunday 8:30 - 1:00

What if I want to work individually?

Great!  This really allows for more time spent on the areas of concern or focus for you.
